We build custom gunite pools in the hills west of Austin — Westlake, Barton Creek, Tarrytown, the ridgelines over Lake Travis. Each one is cut to a specific slope, a specific view, a specific hour of light.

Every pool we build is designed for one hour.
The one where the sky goes out and the water comes on. Interior lighting, a warmed spa spillway, a horizon edge that reads level with the hills — the pool is quietest exactly when you want it most.

New pools engineered to the site — infinity edges, integrated spas, tanning ledges. Shot in concrete, finished in your choice of plaster, quartz or pebble.

Older pools brought current — new interior finish, coping and tile, modern variable-speed equipment. Three to six weeks, not a full season.

Eighteen weeks, five acts.
A pool is poured once. The order matters, and every act has to cure before the next begins. Here is the whole season, start to first swim.
Survey
We walk the site at the hour you'll use it. Grades are shot, setbacks and easements confirmed, the view lines drawn. The design answers the land before it answers the brief.
Shape
Excavation and steel. The hole is dug to the engineered profile and a grid of rebar is tied to it — the skeleton that lets a thin concrete shell hold tons of water without a crack.
Shell
Gunite day. Concrete is shot over the steel at pressure, then hand-carved into steps, benches and the radius of every edge. It cures wet for a week before anything touches it.
Stone
Tile at the waterline, coping at the edge, travertine or limestone across the deck. Plumbing and equipment are set, the electrical bonded to code, the decking pitched to drain away from the shell.
Water
The interior finish goes on and the hose goes in the same day — plaster has to cure underwater. We balance the chemistry over the first weeks and hand you a pool that is already running right.
